There are two main areas where we may ask you to submit personal details - through our mailing list and when you use Nicolesongs Online Shop.

For our mailing list, we only collect your email address. This is used primarily to deliver updates to you upon developments for Nicolesongs. For the Online Shop, if you proceed with an order you will be asked to submit personal details such as your name, address and phone number. This is used primarily to fufill your order. A record of the order will be printed and stored on paper for our records with the online order deleted when the order is completed and closed. Your personal information will not be distributed or used in any other way.

Monitoring

Nicolesongs may at any time view the website traffic that is generated on its site. It may also be possible for the online shop to follow up the identification of your computer IP address when making a website order. This will only be done in investigation of suspected misuse of all areas of the Nicolesongs website.
